Professional. Mr. Phipps earned his law degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., in 1992. He earned a Master's Degree in Intercultural Communication in 1989 and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication in 1987.
Mr. Phipps has limited his practice to Immigration and Nationality matters since February of 2006. Since that time, Mr. Phipps has represented thousands of clients on immigration matters. Mr. Phipps also gives presentations throughout South Carolina on the legal rights of immigrants and he provides immigration training to professionals. Selected training topics include Immigration Consequences of Crimes, Immigration Consequences of Family Law, and Working with Immigrant Crime Victims.
Personal. Mr. Phipps lives and practices law in Columbia, South Carolina. He and his wife are proud that their three children are now independent and responsible adults.
